1. Types of Delivery
a. Digital Services (Primary Method)
Since we provide online services, most of our deliveries are made electronically through:

- Cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, private servers)
No physical shipping is required for these services.
b. Physical Deliverables (If Applicable)
In rare cases, if a client requires physical documentation or hardware (e.g., software on USB, printed reports, or hardware for implementation), shipping will be handled through reliable courier services.
Additional charges may apply, depending on location.
2. Delivery Timelines

3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT).
- Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
- For urgent projects, priority processing is available upon request (additional fees may apply).
4. Digital Delivery Process
- Once payment is confirmed, you will receive:
- Confirmation email with order details
- Login credentials or access links (if applicable)
- Deliverables will be sent securely via email, cloud link, or project management system.
- Final delivery will only occur after client approval and completion of any pending balances.
5. Shipping Costs
- Digital services: No shipping cost.
- Physical items: Costs depend on location and courier service.
- Domestic (within Pakistan): Standard courier rates apply.
- International: Charged based on destination and package weight.
- Any shipping fees will be communicated before dispatch.
6. Tracking Information
For physical shipments, tracking details will be provided via email once the package is shipped.
Digital deliveries will include confirmation receipts and timestamps.
7. Delays and Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete client information
- Client delays in providing required resources
- Technical issues on the client’s side
- Courier delays for physical shipments (strikes, weather, customs issues, etc.)
If a delay occurs, our team will promptly inform you and work to resolve the issue.
