1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available case-by-case, depending on the type of service purchased.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered as agreed.
- A technical issue or error occurred on our side that prevented service completion.
- The customer cancels before work has started.
- A subscription service was charged incorrectly or duplicated.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The project was completed and approved by the client.
- The client provided incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information required to complete the service.
- Issues arose due to third-party tools, hosting services, or client-side technical failures.
- The client simply changes their mind after the service has been initiated.
2. Refunds for Different Services
a. Custom Software, Website, or App Development
- Full refund if the project is canceled before development begins.
- Partial refund if work has started but less than 50% is completed.
- No refund once the project is over 50% completed or delivered.
b. Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, etc.)
- Due to the nature of marketing services, results cannot be guaranteed.
- Refunds are only available if no work has been started within 7 days of payment.
- No refunds for campaigns that have already run or where reports have been delivered.
c. Subscription-Based Services (Hosting, IT Support, Cloud Services, etc.)
- Pro-rated refund for unused services if canceled before the next billing cycle.
- No refund for previous billing cycles.
3. Refund Request Process

4. Refund Method

- Local payments (Pakistan): 5–10 business days
- International payments: 10–15 business days
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your services immediately.
- Deny any future services until the matter is resolved.
